Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or official public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Processing timelines may be slightly extended during large promotional and holiday sales seasons.

We ship merchandise to every country worldwide, including Australia, Austria, Belgium, plus an additional 231 international regions.

  2. Standard Shipping: Complimentary free shipping for all orders that meet the qualifying subtotal requirement, estimated delivery transit time: 5–8 business days

    All shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your cart subtotal and selected delivery destination country.
Package Tracking Service

Once your shipment leaves our warehouse, a confirmation email with a valid tracking number will be sent to your registered email address for real-time shipment monitoring.
International Customs & Duty Responsibility

For all shipments delivered outside the United States, the customer bears full liability for all local import duties, customs taxes, and customs clearance fees charged by destination authorities. We take no responsibility for delivery delays caused by customs inspection holds.
Undeliverable & Returned Parcels

If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect recipient address, delivery refusal, or unclaimed pickup, all extra reshipping expenses shall be fully covered by the customer. We will not compensate any losses arising from inaccurate contact or address information provided by buyers.
Lost or Damaged Shipment Support

Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours after delivery confirmation if your package is missing, severely delayed, or arrives with visible damage. We will assist you with filing carrier claims and resolving related issues.
